Light fruit cake from a friends' treasured recipe. A different variety of dried fruits, but still made with French Brandy. Less dense than dark cake. $9.00 per pound.
I make 8 x 8 cakes, weighing between 4 and 5 pounds. They can be quartered or cut in half, and I also make smaller loaves.
